Refund policy

The Den accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of fulfillment/or from delivery date if your order was shipped. Items must be returned in original conditions of when received -unworn, unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, perfumes, smoke smells with TAG still attached or the order will be subject to denied. 

STORE CREDIT ONLY. The Den will not refund to the original form of payment.
